A bit strange, but works wonders
I've been using this serum for a few months, and never want to be without it now. It is a bit strange - not what you'd normally expect from a serum, but it really works a treat - on MY skin, at least. It has a very strong citrus/orange scent, which personally I think is lovely, but I can understand others might not like that much. It's also very runny and slightly sticky, which could be off-putting. However, my skin hasn't looked this good for 10 or 15 years; complexion is brighter, spots disappear in half the usual time, all my "fine lines' have gone, and even deep wrinkles are very much reduced. If you decide to try it, stick with it - it'll take a little while to show results, but if it works for you like it does for me, it's WELL worth it. Please, Ocado, don't stop stocking it!!
too oily
Received this item to review. I found this far too oily for my skin. Used once and unfortunately not again.
Pleasant scent
This has a nice and natural scent. It does feel somewhat oily after application.
Too strong and drying.
I agree with lots of the comments here. I found this serum to be attractively bottled and boxed but it lacked product info. The smell was so strong that it put me off & agree with a previous reviewer in that it didn’t seem like something that you would want to put on to your skin. I found that the oil blended well but most definitely dried my skin out. I can’t find much to recommend this expensive serum I’m afraid and wouldn’t buy again.
Not worth the price.
This serum has a pleasant fragrance although may be somewhat strong for putting on the face. Although it is an oil I found it quite drying on my skin which made my face uncomfortable so I will not be buying this again.
Oily, and Not Light on Skin.
I applied this serum nightly over the course of a couple of days. Unlike others Id used in the past it felt quite oily on my skin, and not light. I suppose this could be interpreted as a good thing, as it definitely felt like something was on my skin, and my skin felt marginally better in the morning, but nothing worth spending this much on compared to cheaper, and better, alternatives.
