Part of our double-concentrate ‘heat and serve’ sauce range, thick and rich in taste, with more than 1kg of tomatoes in every jar, we recommend you dilute with between half to a full jar of additional water.

Not the best!

I should have read the ingredients and reviews! The sauce has a weird taste. Disliked the grainy vegetable protein and a strong mushroomy taste. It is very thick and instructions suggest watering the sauce down, I added vegetable stock and pasta, it still did nothing for the taste. Lesson learnt, no more cheating and not to cut corners. I'll continue making my own sauce in the future.

Beware contains mushrooms & wheat protein

Bought on offer but wish Id read the ingredients. It says vegetable bolognaise but it actually also contains fungi (mushrooms) which is not a vegetable. It also contains unnecessary fake meat in the form of wheat protein so best avoided!

Excellent!

Possibly the best sauce in a jar I've tried. Delicious, thick sauce, feels relatively healthy. Great quick cheat.

why so much sugar added? far too sweet for our tastes

5 star sauce

Wonderful sauce, really thick and very tasty. Was good with meatballs but could have had it alone. Usually make my own but would definitely buy this again as its nearly as good as homemade.
