Fab alternative!
This is an amazing alternative to scrambled egg!
Great egg replacement
Ive tried other egg replacements they were OK, but not a good as this product. Not only does it taste very good it looks like egg. My partner cooked me an omelette using this product and I was very impressed by colour, texture and flavour. my children couldn't believe it was a vegan omelette. highly recommend.
Decent
Trying to eat less animal product and also am intolerant to egg anyway (but really miss it!): the consistency and texture of this is amazing and it’s easy to make. The taste kind of tastes like powdered soup? I wasn’t in love with it but I will try it again with different seasoning and see how it turns out. For sure not bad at all (the instructions makes way too much in my opinion!)
Great egg sub
I haven't had an egg for 20 yrs so egg taste is a memory, but this mixture made me feel like I'd eaten eggs. A pinch of black salt added, it's even better.
Excellent!
intolerance to eggs so thought I'd give this a go, wow, I'm amazed how well this tastes, I'm now a regular customer, I can highly recommend, one thing i must mention is the standard recipe given was way too much for 1 serving in my opinion, but it's in the fridge for tomorrow, happy days
Great for scrambled eggs
Had been looking for a decent scrambled egg replacement for a while and I found this to be really great. Not sure the instructions yielded the equivalent of 3 eggs worth, but that was my only quibble (and only because I wanted more!). I added kala namak (to the wet mixture and once in the frying pan), some extra turmeric and some salt and pepper and this was so flavoursome and with a great texture. So happy with this product!
