Love these
Makes an excellent curry, a good quantity and so easy to use.
ok but too much acetic acid
The spices are wonderful but the sourness seems to come from acetic acid and tastes a bit vinegary (although it doesnt actually contain vinegar). If you dont mind that its great, but its not ideal for me.
Nice and spicy
This is a nice spicy curry paste, it's easy to use to make a great tasting curry.
Dont listen to the people who dont know curry
Yes it has a vinegary taste because its a madras paste and madras has vinegar in it.. Honestly people if you dont know your Indian food dont comment. These are delicious. So easy to prepare and the balance of spice is just right. Tip- after you add the water from the empty pot, spend some time reducing it down. Will give you an amazing sauce .
Unpleasant flavour
Bought these as they were on offer, but should have stuck to my usual brand. Didn't like the flavour of this pot at all, had an almost sharp, vinegary taste when made according to the instructions. Other curries on the market are far better. Won't be buying again.
Quick Curry
Quick curry, we add fresh chilli to add a kick to it. Finally a no waste pot, really like these and will try the other flavours
