Instructions
Deep Fry - From Ambient. Hot 3 secs
1 Heat 3cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan, or use a deep fat fryer set to 180-200°C. Test the oil temperature by adding a small piece of pappadum. When it bubbles and expands the oil is ready.
2 Fry each pappadum individually for 3 seconds. They will expand quickly. Use tongs to flip and then remove from the hot oil. Leave to drain on kitchen paper. The pappadums will become crisp on cooling. Serve warm.; Microwave - From Ambient. Full power 800W 30 secs

far too salty
wouldn't order again. They taste extremely salty

Like to cook poppadums fresh. Find these very salty and quite thick. Much preferred the Ruby ones which you have stopped stocking.

Have previously bought these and they were safe for coeliac daughter, but ingredients have changed

Way too expensive
Ocado have stopped selling the commodity ones in plain packaging, which were roughly 1/3 the cost of these and identical. The slow drip of reasons to stop shopping here.

Quick, easy and delicious
Straight out of the packet, no oil, and 30 seconds each in the microwave does the trick.

Too much salt for us, even the kids refused to eat them.
