Amazing pickle!

This only came yesterday and already half the jar has gone - we are having it with cheese, BBQ food - not a curry in sight! Highly recommend. Not too hot either, prob more medium than hot.

salty but balanced

Even though it has too much salt 8.4 gms per 100gms it still tastes balanced and has enough limes

Zesty and full of flavour

Most retailers sell Pataks Medium lime pickle which I find somewhat insipid and lacking in 'bite'. This is hotter, but not too much and one can use less if preferred, but its taste is clean and fresh and I use it with cheese as well as hot meals.
