Perfect Flavour
Used this paste to make Paneer, Spinach & Chickpea curry. Excellent flavours. Rich & layered. Looking forward to using the remaining half jar with sweet potato next!
Full of Flavour !
Made buttersqaush curry with this Rogan Josh Paste from the recipe which is on the back of the jar. Was really impressed with the flavours. The spices really pack a punch but there is a lovely sweetness to it without being over sweet. Labelled as medium heat which was lovely and warming and not too hot. Takes much longer to cook than it says if you don't cut the butternut squash small enough like I did! Great that is it Vegan and Gluten free and the taste is so good I think all would like it. Loved it!
Tasty
Never tried this before so was curious to taste and try. It was tasty with paneer and rice! Very easy to use.
Full of flavour
Bought the paste by accident once but realised it made a great curry and full of flavour so always have one in now. Easy to use and I add extra chilli flakes when the kids aren’t eating it.
Lots of flavours. A lattice goes a long way
Not as handy as the sauces, but this paste has a better depth of flavour but not quite spicy enough. I followed the recipe on the back adding onions, garlic, tomatoes, purée, water, chicken and prawns. It was too tomatoey so I recommend using no tomato purée, plus it was very thick using half a jar. I recommend using 1/3 and put a bit more water in to loosen or yoghurt.
Easy to use and full of flavour
I used this to make a quick vegetable curry, with potatoes, carrots, onions and peas. Served with mango chutney.
