Not for pizza
Grainy texture and has bits of carrot. Tastes ok but not for a pizza topping
Not for pizza
This sauce is reasonably close to authentic Pamarola (Tuscan tomato sauce), however I wouldnt recommend putting it on a pizza. Although the consistency is good, ie not liquidised, the flavour is far too sweet. Who wants chunks of carrot on their pizza? Far better buying a tin of San Marzano tomatoes, crushing them by hand, and seasoning them simply with oregano and salt.
synthetic taste
I'll stick to mutti brand in the future
Perfect
Amazing sauce for pizza or to prepare a pasta sauce. A bit expensive but good quality.
Great taste
Lovely pizza base and easy to split and freeze so goes a really long way.
The best pizza sauce
This is our favourite pizza sauce. Delicious flavour and perfect thickness. We use it on 5 pizzas and freeze the rest for the week after. It probably does 8 in total. Since finding this we've given up making our own!
