24 hours in the fridge. 3 days in the refrigerator ice compartment. In the freezer at -18°C until the date indicated on the packet. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING
To preserve the characteristics of this product we recommend reheating it in a frying pan.
Frying pan: Pour the desired amount into a frying pan. Cover and cook at medium heat, stirring regularly. For 450 g > 8 min - Pour 900 g > 14 min.
Microwave oven: Pour the desired amount into a suitable dish. Cover and reheat for the indicated amount of time, stirring half way through.
Microwave power level: 750W - For 450 g > 8 min For 900 g > 12 min.
900W - For 450 g > 6 min - For 900 g > 8 min.
Stir well before serving.
Suitable for vegetarians (lacto-ovo vegetarian diet).

We absolutely love this in our house, now on order every week. Its so tasty and filling. The fantastic quality you would expect from Picard and with a very reasonable price tag.
I usually find gnocchi heavy. This frozen version is absolutely delicious and so quick. The second time round I added a tin of plum tomato some mascarpone and breadcrumbs and baked it. Highly recommend

This is one of our favourite back-up meals. Initially I pan-cooked as the packet says, but now do a gnocchi bake and add olives and some tinned tomatoes, leave for 30 mins in oven. Delicious
