Preparation and Usage
DEFROSTING
Microwave
oven (defrost setting - 150W):
Defrost in a suitable dish:
- For 225 g : 6 min - For 450 g : 10 min
Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge before tasting
immediately.
Fridge:
5 hours in a single layer in a suitable dish and enjoy immediately.

Just tried this for the first time and I can't believe the difference in flavour compared to what I've bought previously. This mango is simply delicious. Now, question is, can Ocado keep it in stock?
Ive not tried this because I ordered two bags but didnt arrive, left in the delivery van I can only assume as I was charged. Its been out of stock ever since. One star is for Ocados unreliability.
