Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING
Frying pan: Reheat the escalopes in a hot frying pan with a bit of fat and cook on high heat for 2 min, then cook on medium heat for 6 min, turning half-way through.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 210°C. Place the escalopes on a suitable dish. Place it in the oven on middle shelf and reheat for the indicated amount of time.
Traditional oven: 20 min - Fan oven: 15 min.

These are a great standby to have in the freezer, add a criso salad wedge of lemon and some good mayo, perfect

These used to be great, the last two packs were ropey, but the current pack - I've had to discard 80% of each escalope due to multiple knots of veins so tough a knife wouldn't cut them. As well as the obvious drop in food quality it makes me question the level of animal welfare.
