lovely taste
I have removed couple of starts because sadly they are all stuck together.
poor for snacking on
I usually buy a smaller bag of cokes chestnuts for snacking on, love the flavour and taste. These when opened come in two pouches, all the chestnuts are squashed together, have no taste, its like eating a block of grey mush. Horrible
I decided to try these
They are extra expensive, but now I know that they are super-soft but moist and tasty, so well worth the extra in terms of quality. It is worth pointing out that the vacuum pack is divided in two, so you can use 200g and keep the rest as long as you like.
Excellent product
Soft and tasty. Excellent for snack and cooking
Yum!
These are really yummy - sweet & nutty, without any floury or dry ones like you often get when buying them at winter festivals at extortionate rates. Theses are still pricy, but they take all the hard work out of trying to cook & peel your own. We had them with roast butternut for Christmas dinner & then the other packet was nibbled on as snacks by my 3 year old & me. Will buy more for snacking on
Disgusting
These had an appalling fishy odour and were rather quite inedible.
