Great discovery

Liked this so much added 3 more packs to my recent order while on offer! Long shelf life , tasty, reminds me almost of a really nice pumpernickel, slightly sweet , nutty and not dry once opened stays moist. I don't even toast it as it is delicious as it is. Also very filling. Low carb bread - amazing discovery!!

Tried these whilst on offer as an alternative the the other popular brands. Preferred the small size and still tastes good

Cupboard staple

I always try to have a pack of two in my cupboard. They last forever and once open they can live in the fridge for a long time. I just put a slice in a microwave until it dries out, it gets a very nice toasty flavour then. Perfect for a filling low carb mini lunch with avocado, salmon, cheese or any other toppings.

This is my favourite rye bread! I love to have it in the mornings with different toppings, super healthy and high amount of protein as well to keep you full until lunch time. It tastes the best toasted in my opinion. Just wish it was a bit cheaper but I always stock up on offer.

Very similar to normal ryebread (rugbrod) but low carbs, high protein.

Dense blandness

The Biona rye breads like this are pretty good (although they're not high protein products). However, this just tasted like sawdust to me. Wouldn't buy again - especially at this price.
