Such a wonderful discovery - one way I enjoy cooking these red lentil fusilli is in a vegetable broth with edamame beans and shiitake mushrooms. Cooks relatively fast. Tasty way to have more protein

150 g per box

The pasta itself is OK and we'd be getting fleeced a bit on the price if it were 250 g, but the actual contents of the box are 150 g dry pasta - this is absolutely not worth the price. I'd sooner just boil some red lentils directly.

Product is now awful

Why on earth have Pro Fusion changed this product. It used to be really good, held its shape, but now it turns to mush and the bin is the only place for the pan of slop that I've just cooked.

Improved pasta

I think theyve improved their pasta, its smaller and tastes better than before! The key is to not over cook the pasta otherwise it does go mushy, have to keep an eye on it. I found that you have to cook on a low simmer otherwise it can bubble up, but I think its a great gluten free alternative, the kids love it.
