My bedtime treat

I love this tea - I have a cup every night, even tastes nice cold the next morning if I fall asleep.

Helps me to relax and sleep well

Tastes pretty good for herbal tea and does what its marketed for. It does make my dreams rather vivid however.

Amazing!

What an amazing tea! It helped me to sleep better, which I somewhat expected. But what came as a nice surprise, it did wonders to my digestion. It helped my guts better than anything else I tried in the last few months. PS I generally dislike taste of fennel in my tea, but the overall effect of this mix was so good that Ill be drinking it every evening like some sort of magic potion.

tastes good - but what happened to the packaging??

Buy these to put them into a large jar with a selection of different tea bags. This batch dis not have the original bags with the Relax label. Yej bags were generic and you couldnt tell the taste from looking at the single package. Strange....!

Slept like a baby after this

This is the perfect end to a busy day. Since I started drinking this before bed I've been sleeping better and waking up feeling more refreshed than before.
