Useful size

I can't comment on the longevity, as this is a recent purchase. I've only used it for oven chips and similar things, rather than roast potatoes. It might be a bit lightweight not to buckle in the heat for roast potatoes, but I shall give it a try. It's the perfect size for just me and my husband. I like the really long handle thingy too. I'd be tempted to buy more of these Pyrex roasters in different sizes if they were available.

non stick coating peels off

After a few months of occasional use the coating peeling off and sticking to food. Would not recommend

Good non \-stick coating

I used this tin to bake Chelsea Buns, 9 Buns fits very well. Non-stick coating works. Easy to clean.
