Preparation and Usage
Recipes
1 1/2 cups quinoa flakes
1 cup of dried figs (diced)
1/2 cup of peanut butter
3 tbsp. honey.
Blend figs, peanut butter and honey with a dash of water until a dough. Add quinoa flakes and spread evenly in baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for 30 minutes. Chop into bars when cool.

It's just Quinoa?
I am not sure why but I had a strong reaction to this, and I eat quinoa all the time... It does smell quite strong as well. It's not my favourite. I wanted to really love this, but I think I will choose another brand from now on...
Foul
I have no idea how anyone could enjoy this - I have Crohn's and even convinced myself to like Ensure drinks but this is a step too far - couldn't eat this - put it on the bird table - hopefully they're okay!
It smells
I really wanted to like this product but the moment I opened the packet there was an almost fishy smell. Undeterred, I mixed a scoopful into my porridge oats. The texture of these is good (just the right level of smoothness) but the flavour is just unpleasant. It was palatable when eaten with blueberries and some granola sprinkled on top.

Cooked slightly longer than the instruction with my favourite vanilla oat milk with a hint of brown sugar. Before adding pumpkin seeds or fruits or cinnamon, I had finished it . warm and sweet and delicious. Great for little ones or elderly or those after teeth extraction or when loosing appetite. They break in your mouth and soft . Healthy organic and beautiful.
Porridge
I use it in mine & my toddlers porridge daily. Love it!
