Outstanding!
These are glorious! I bought them for the array of health benefits, as small seeds like chia, flax, linseed etc, only unlock their nutritional benefits when soaked, sprouted, cracked/ground for optimum absorption. These add wonderful texture - smooth crispy crunch and thick silkiness – added to cereals and left to soak in the milk for a few minutes, or added to porridge before cooking. I love that the flavour is subtle, enhancing rather than overpowering the overall taste. Even better - they are organic and nutritious! I buy them as a change from Biona Organic Cracked Golden Linseeds - they are outstanding. Another winner from Raw Health!
Good -
These are fine. Maybe you can find cheaper especially in bulk. Plastic is no good but it means can safely store and close properly and use over time. Makes an excellent chia pudding - / breakfast - in smoothies.
Good chia seeds bad packaging
Big plastic container!
cheaper on amazon!
Even on offer they are so expensive! Cheaper on amazon
I prefer the white
I've tried black and white of the same brand and I don't know if it is a random batch issue but I prefer the white as they plump up much more and thus not so good for chia pudding.
Mama Chia!
I love these, really handy to get such a large jar and organic too. I use these daily in my morning smoothie. Good quality.
