Lovely brand
I really love this one. I don't understand the other couple of reviews, it wasn't bitter at all for me. I put it in the fridge and let it go a little harder. Then roll a spoonful into a ball, dip in melted chocolate with a nut on top - a great, healthy treat!
Raw?
Raw cashews contain a substance called urushiol from the shell, which is also found in poison ivy and is toxic. These must be steamed/ treated to destroy toxins, but at the time of writing this it doesnt say in the description
Sublime, Cashew Nut Heaven!!
This is absolutely gorgeous! No additives, a delicious creamy, slightly sweet flavour, lovely thick, smooth creamy texture, soft and spreadable but not runny or oily – the depth of flavour and texture is exquisite. I also love Raw Health Organic Almond Butter and Daylesford Organic Cashew Nut Butter which is roasted and equally delicious. Another winner from Raw Health!
Prefer typical roasted cashew nut butter
Tastes a bit like a metal wheel.

Was expecting a delicious nut butter, but was disappointed. It was bitter and not very pleasant. Other brands have been much better.
