love them but HATE the 100% butter con

These actually have butter and palm in almost equal quantities. The butter is 100% pure butter. and the UK labelling laws are ok with this sleight of hand in labelling. Lovely and just like they were in my (Canadian) childhood, but we in the Uk need to wise up in our labelling regs.

Delicious biscuits and lots of choice plus you have a button tin when you finish the biscuits

Delicious

Delicious little sugary biscuits. A midnight snacking expedition was underway over 3 nights. Which left an empty tin. I shall keep and store Baklava.

Nostalgic Danish Cookie Tin

My batch hasnt had any issue and this reminded me of my childhood, that this cookie tin had been on a living room table and enjoyed for very casual after-school tea in weekdays. It is nice to see something has not been changed much. Danish butter is lovely for baking so as cookies. Light, crispy, creamy and dreamy. The royal blue tin looks more expensive than it is and it is one miracle in London to find this in similar inexpensive price again after a decade(s)..

Where are the sugar crystals??

I used to love these biscuits, but I was really surprised to see that there's hardly any sugar on them now, and they are also quite soft.
