Good as an addition

I wouldnt call this an intense paste and its not a patch one the chilli one they seem to have discontinued. However if you are making your own sauce its a good cheat to add a of bit of depth of flavour.

tasteless

Very disappointing, no taste of garlic or tomato. Also very oily and looked unappetising. Wont be buying again.

Tastes OK but...

...it was very oily and full of bits of tomato skins, which I hate, so will not be buying again.

very disappointed!

Bought this after finding out Sacla had discontinued my favourite intenso sauce tomato/chilli. I was soo disappointed with it. It's not intense in anyway very bland. I resorted to putting chilli flakes into the sauce but didn't really enjoy it. Will not buy again. Please Sacla bring back my favourite it was absolutely gorgeous

Not bad, but not really 'intenso'

This is pleasant enough but I was expecting a strong flavour - it's a bit bland for me and I prefer other stir-in pasta sauces, which is a shame as you can't usually go wrong with Sacla.

Perfect light & speedy lunch

Stirred - I am not into this Jamie thing of tossing into everything - through pasta - preferably, for me, conchiglie - good sprinkle of grated grana padano, a few good twists of pepper and served with a bowl of salad or a Waitrose rustic baguette - perfect light and speedy lunch.
