Preparation and Usage
Tastes great when eaten simply on its own or when served on a piece of crusty French baguette. Saint Agur also makes the perfect accompaniment to pears, figs, grapes or walnuts and is an excellent ingredient in pasta dishes, risotto and salads.
Wine suggestions
Saint Agur is ideally complimented by a full-bodied red Burgundy. You can also enjoy it with a sweeter, white wine such as a Sauternes and be sure to try it with a glass of port at Christmas time.
Instructions
To enjoy Saint Agur at its best, remove from the fridge an hour before serving. A small amount of whey, a naturally occurring liquid, may be found in this pack.

Weekly Staple
My Mum has this on her shopping list weekly, she says it is lovely ans creamy and not too strong. great for eating whole or spreading on crackers. Keeps well in the fridge once opened too.

my go to blue
This is the most wonderful cheese, I use this in sauces for steak, a dip for hot wings and a stuffing for chicken instead of garlic in kievs also just eat it with crackers, biscuits or bread with a nice red wine

There is never a time Ive been disappointed by St Agur. Creamy and delicious.
Tangy
Nice tangy cheese, good with an apple, spreads easily onto bread or makes a dip with mayo added and chives. Only criticism it is a little wet in the packet.

This reminds us of the Saint Agur we ate for the first time in France many years ago. It's flavoursome and creamy, lovely on crackers and with home grown tomartoes on sandwiches in Summer. Like so many other things it's much more expensive than it used to be but a regular treat still as it's consistantly good
