Preparation and Usage
How to Roll Sushi:
1. Place one sheet of nori, rough side facing up, on the rolling mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of cooked sushi rice evenly on the nori, leaving approximately 7 cm of space at the top edge.
3. Place the fish and/or vegetables onto the centre of the rice layer.
4. Carefully roll the nori with the rolling mat away from your body, pressing the filling in the middle together.
5. Moisten the free end of the sheet of nori with water and seal the roll firmly.
6. Remove the roll from the rolling mat and cut it into 5-6 slices with a sharp, wet knife.
Rinse before use

Instructions
How to Roll Sushi:
Place 1 sheet of nori on the rolling mat
Spread cooked and seasoned sushi rice over the nori, leaving 1cm gap at the top and bottom of the nori sheet
Add your sushi filling to the centre of the nori with rice on
Roll the mat away from you, tucking in the top of the nori to make a roll
Once the roll is made gently press on the mat with both hands to help secure it's shape
Lightly wet / dampen the point where the nori overlaps itself, to help seal the roll
Finally, using a moistened sharp knife, cut the roll into 5 or 6 pieces
Place 1 sheet of nori on the rolling mat

Cheap and cheerful and does the job nicely cover with cling film to keep clean before rolling sushi .
