the best curry powder
I make curried quite regularly and this is the best powder in the market.

Absolutely delicious.
Piquant, earthy, and very aromatic. Spicy and tongue tinglingly hot, but well balanced so that the heat doesn't overwhelm the flavour. Makes cracking vegetarian mulligatawny soup. High in salt, but you don't need much. I love that it doesn't contain fenugreek, as most other curry powders do. So I can consume it without fretting about fenugreek's unpleasant aftereffects the next day!
