450ml semi-skimmed milk
2 Easy Steps...
1 Mix the sauce mix with the milk in a small saucepan.
2 Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2 mins, until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
Microwave (800W)... Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only. Empty the sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Stir in the milk and heat on full power For 4 mins, stirring every minute until rich and smooth. Stir well and ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving.

Not nice
Poor flavour, artificial lemon taste, makes large quantity but rather have the Hollandaise.

DISAPPOINTED
Found this to be very bland. I dont think I will be buying again, but would advise to use slightly less milk as it was rather runny.

wow
wow i bought this to make our midweek meal a lot more exciting the delicate taste added so much oomph to our salmon, my family felt like they dined out. I highly recommend it with its easy to follow instructions and yummy taste perfect for all the family.

okay substitute
Ok for a cupboard standby - perhaps not my first choice but does a decent enough job.
