Excellent
Good quality dried mint. I echo what the reviewer says below. Great in Cypriot and middle Eastern dishes.
Good
Good quality. I use this to make a lot of Persian dishes. I make a delicious borlotti bean soup and then app a topping of mint and butter that simply lifts the dish. I think dried mint is well worth having on hand in your kitchen, especially if you like eastern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking, Its wonderful sprinkled into salads or spooned into dressings—I always add a teaspoon to the staple Middle Eastern chopped salad of finely diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions, sharpened with a squeeze of lemon juice and lots of extra virgin olive oil.
