Full of shell !
I strongly advise against buying this product, the other items by the same company are similar, too. Very disappointing and also tasteless.
Delicate
It's got a delicate sweetness. If you're making pasta , don't toss it in with the pasta, but warm it in a separate plate and put the crab on top. Otherwise it will completely flake apart and dissolve
Far too much shell content.
I have always previously purchased and enjoyed this crab meat with the very odd peice of shell included, but just recently there seems to be an 'overload' of shell content and considering the price and what the shell does to my teeth I am not prepared to buy this again
Shredded crab with bits of shell
This isnt proper crab meat, its lots of compacted little shreds. In just half a pack there were at least 3 bits of shell, which was really unpleasant to pick out - would never be able to offer this to someone. Its overpriced and also not fresh enough
Best you can get
Sweet and flavourful, perfect in a Lobster pasta or bisque and more subtle than the polarising brown meat.
great!
I love this! I have it on toast with a squeeze of lemon. Yum. Sometimes it has little bits of shell so be prepared.
