- We all know kids hate slapping on sun cream! It's white, greasy & stings their eyes. NOT ANYMORE, introducing Skinnies which has changed the way kids can enjoy the sunshine forever with its range of waterless sungels.
- Skinnies is Vegan friendly and made with biodegradable ingredients.
- Skinnies is perfect for busy parents and active kids because a pea size blob is all you need for their face, neck and ears.
- Skinnies is a sunscreen revolution for all skin types. Normal sunscreens are made using 50-70% water. Skinnies is made using 0% water so its like a concentrate and forms an instant clear layer that stays on the top of your skin for long-lasting UV broad spectrum protection, and because its not diluted with water the product requires less for the same function. Plus its better for the environment as were not wasting water.
- Suitable for babies and kids (from 3 months old), with long lasting UVA and UVB SPF50+ broad spectrum protection and 2 hours water resistance.
- A tube of Skinnies 100ml is the same as a massive 500ml bottle of typical sunscreen, so it is long lasting - a little goes a long way!

Applies brilliantly and no nasties
I bought this suncream because of it's clean credentials - it's so hard to find a suncream that works and that can be applied easily. This absolutely does, its a brilliant suncream, so easy to apply to our wriggling toddler and for our school age son to apply himself. Clear, so no white streaks and no need to apply huge amounts. It also smells amazing.
Very greasy
The most expensive and unpleasant sun cream (read:paste). Imagine smearing lard on your face.
Great for face
We discovered this sun cream last year when my then 4 year refused to wear sun cream and we had a holiday booked (those were the days!), so I desperately started buying different options. This was the only one he’d tolerate on his face. It is an unusual texture. One reviewer described it as Vaseline which is quite close - it’s more of a salve than a cream. It’s thick and hard to cover a large area like arms and legs, so I have a thinner cream for body and keep this for face. It doesn’t seem to irritate his eyes either - which I think is why he likes it. I try to buy it on offer but you don’t use much at a time. It’s hard to get the last squeezes out of the tube, which is annoying at this price!
never buy it again
Need much more than what they recommend and its not good at all because being just under an hour in a sun I had a tan. Very disappointing
It works. But...
It's expensive for what it is. I actually like the smell of suncream and like to smell of it on my holidays but this suncream has an unpleasant smell when you apply it. The smell does seem to fade after a short while. Either that or I just got used to it. It also has the texture and appearance of vaseline which is odd to apply, difficult to see if I missed any patches and greasy but it does dry into the skin quite quickly leaving skin feeling soft. Overall I would not choose to buy this product again.
far too expensive.
If I was a Vegan I might be prepared to pay for this product, but I believe there are much more affordable good options.
