Preparation and Usage
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Without separating Place the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 4-5 minutes.
4. Remove the pasta carefully from the water using a slotted spoon to drain off excess water and serve immediately.
125g of uncooked pasta weighs approximately 142g when cooked.

Nice aubergine but lacks mozzarella
The pasta is good quality — tender but retaining just the right amount of bite — and none of the ravioli burst during cooking. However, the tomato powder is obviously used solely for colour, as it does not impart any flavour and the pasta itself is quite bland. The filling has plenty of large, succulent chunks of fried aubergine, as well as pieces of tomato and visible strands of mozzarella. Overall, the taste profile is fresh and herby, with the aubergine and tomato coming through strongly, but there is not very much cheese flavour, nor is it ‘creamy’, as described on pack. This is clearly high-quality product but it just feels lacking to me, considering the product name and description. It is pleasant enough and definitely not a bad ravioli but I would recommend the aubergine tortelloni of another big brand over this.

Bland and pappy
I expected better from Unearthed. The filling is bland and pappy (only way to describe it). Won't purchase again. Much better ones on the market.
good filling
These were easy to cook, and full of flavourful filling. The aubergine and cheese combo was lovely with a tomato and sage pesto and a bit of parmesan. Will get again!
Lovely
I only buy items like this when they are in special offer. I really enjoyed this flavour combination and will definitely be buying it again.
Tastes of nothing
I couldn't discern any aubergine in the filling, it seemed to taste mainly of mashed potato. It was so flavourless that I had to add salt which is something I only do very rarely. Disappointing.
