Like the brand, but this is exception
Really love Sukin as a brand, but this cream has something in it that makes my face burn lightly must be reaction to one of ingredients. Have to buy other product unfortunately.
Beautifully gorgeous
Wonderful smelling and works well on combination skin types. Makes my skin look glowing and radiant. A little goes a long way. I sometimes mix it with my foundation which also works well. Free gift from Ocado but would definitely purchase when it runs out.
Gorgeous
I have been using this for my neck and décolleté for the past few weeks and am really impressed. It smells lovely and makes my skin feel nice and soft. It is a face moisturiser but also a really good substitute for much more expensive décolleté moisturisers.
Thin and ineffective
I don’t understand the reviewers describing this as thick and creamy. Mine is thin and light, I would call it a lotion rather than a cream. All I get is a light, initial feel of moisture when I smooth it in but that very soon disappears, there’s no lasting treatment. I think it’s poor, it’s gone to the back of my bathroom cupboard and I would not buy it again.
Hydrating
The cream is quite rich and oily when you apply it but it does sink in after a while and becomes non-greasy. I like to apply this as a night cream.
So sad about this brand!
I used to love Sukin's products until I discovered they nearly all contain Phenoxyethanol (Used by many 'natural' brands who have removed parabans etc from their products, phenoxyethanol is the favoured replacement). This substance is KNOWN to cause lung and skin irritation and is toxic to the body, even in small doses. Needless to say I have now thrown this away and will go back to my old favourite brand.
