Great stuff especially for beginners

Just got this oil and like all the reviews said, it drips each time you pour it. I just used up my honey, so I cleaned it out and poured the MCT oil in it. Now I have no more drips or spills. Works great.

Does exactly what it says!

For me this is a fantastic product, it compliments my LCHF diet brilliant and along side a spinach supplement I'm taking the lbs are melting away with not much effort. I'm finding my appetite is supressed but i believe it is a combination of all of the above. For myself there are no nasty side effects, i use 1 tablespoon in my bulletproof coffee once a day. Will definetley order again and continue using!!

Natural Energy Boost

This does give a natural energy boost and better focus, without caffeine. It is full of healthy OMEGA fats as well, which is an added bonus. Although it is not as strong as pure MCT oil, as it has been mixed with other oils to give added health benefits.

The Best and Beneficiary

It arrived quickly, made from pure coconut oil. I don't know if I'm benefiting from the diet but it's easy to consume as there's not taste.
