Helped me make toffee
I wanted to make toffee for the first time, and this helped me get the temperature right. I still burnt the pan - but at least I knew when it was ready to pour. Has a little clip to help hold it to the side of the pan.

graduations printed on thermometer come off
I now have a thermometer without temperature graduations.
