Brand
The smallest and most discreet Tampax tampon with an applicator that is 2x smaller than Tampax cardboard tampons, so you can carry it without other people noticing. The gentle plastic applicator with a soft tip is retractable, so when you're ready to use it just: unwrap, extend and “click” into place.
You can keep up with all your activities too, because after insertion the tampon gently expands to fit your body's shape. Absorption channels take fluid from the top directly to the core, locking it away. The Protective Skirt™ helps prevent leaks, so you can go through your day worry-free.
Providing up to 8 hours of long lasting protection, Tampax Compak Applicator Tampons come in fun, bold colours. After all, your period doesn't need to be drab!
Tampax Compak Super tampons is designed for medium to heavy flow days during your period. They also make for excellent, long lasting protection during the night for up to 8 hours*

ok
The change the design and its not as good as it was. Now its a bit of a cheap plastic.
What has happened????
These have become awful! What has happened? The applicator doesnt always work and when removing brings the tampon with it. It now somehow manages to pinch the skin on insertion. Ive experienced terrible leaks too! Worst of all they suddenly feel uncomfortable the whole time when previously I never even noticed I was using one.
What's happened?!
What on Earth has happened to these?! I hate the plastic but the tampon itself has changed. Rubbish & should not be messed with because you need the security of a tampon for heavy days.
Cutting corners has ruined the product.
The wrappers have recently changed from green to white, and unfortunately the quality has taken a nosedive. The new 'design' has the same size applicator, but the tampon inside it is shorter and narrower, meaning that surprise surprise, it is no longer as absorbent as it used to be! The texture and appearance have changed too, it now looks shiny and synthetic instead of matte and cottony. Worst of all, what used to be a very reliable tightly woven string is now a loose skinny collection of fibres that is clearly coming unravelled even before the wrapper is opened! Hardly the security, peace of mind, or protection that Tampax are always waffling on about. I'm switching to a different brand.
too much plastic
completely unnecessary to have plastic applicator
stop with the plastic!!
STOP WITH THE PLASTIC!! Yes they work well, but so do the cardboard ones!
