bad
this tasted bad. not sure real birch water can be sold in cans. perhaps it is only best consumed on collection from the tree.
Water but not from birch
I am from East Europe where we do collect birch sap every spring. Very disappointed with my purchase, could confirm this drink is not a birch water.
Water?
I tried birch water some years ago and It had a pleasant flavour. Im not sure this is birch water as it tastes of nothing at all - its just like still plain water. I was looking forward to this but would certainly never buy it again.
Faux birch water?
I drank birch water straight from trees while growing up in Eastern Europe. This is not it. Tastes like tap water with 1% added birch sap.
Amazingly refreshing
Amazing drink and very energy boosting. Ocado please reintroduce the 1 l carton! Thanks.
Refreshing and hydrating.
I like the new metal can packaging. It's more practical, and it seems to get colder in the fridge than the old cardboard one did. The birch water hasn't changed, it's still completely clear and very refreshing and hydrating, especially on a hot day. Very mild/subtle taste, almost neutral, like diluted coconut water or chamomile tea.
