Brand
We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in our biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent mesh bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.
We only use big, quality, whole leaves. No dust. Big leaf = Big flavour. Simple.
100% natural. No artificial flavourings.
Our tea temples are plastic-free and nice and roomy.
We give back to the communities that bring us our tea.

A regular purchase
Ive bought these teabags for years now - they are my preferred lemon and ginger brand owing to taste and plastic-free credentials. I was a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews posted here.
no longer ginger tea
This seems to have changed and all teabags in the last box I purchased were full of lemongrass and did not have much ginger in.
Lovely tea, plastic free
I really enjoy this tea. Unlike another reviewer I don't find the liquorice pronounced (I dislike liquorice, so would notice!) I have a box everywhere I go
Liquorice Root!
It is a little misleading to label it "lemon and ginger" when the liquorice in it is so pronounced. I personally don't mind it but people suffering from osteoporosis or hypertension should watch out.
Disgusting
As a long time drinker of Twinings Lemon & Ginger tea I thought I would treat myself to this version. So disappointing, it tasted like hay, no hint of lemon or heat from ginger. Just vile and all went in the bin.
Review response
Supplier's response - We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with this blend - we always recommend brewing our tea for 3-5 minutes to bring out the flavours. As all of our teas are full of whole leaves, whole herbs, berries and spices, they can take a bit longer to brew than that in a regular paper tea bag, but the little wait is definitely worth it!
Wonderful tea!
I can't recommend this enough. The flavours are wonderful, really coming through in the cup. The tea bag contents are full of lemon and ginger. Great for dodgy digestion too- very calming.
