inedible
Followed the instructions for the microwave and the rice was a solid inedible lump. To save the meal, then followed the instructions for the hob, and most of the rice stuck to the bottom of the pan with hardly any grains left over to eat. Have had Thai sticky rice before and always been lovelyWhosever wrote the preparation instructions has not properly tested the methods and frankly probably just made them up. Will never buy this again. And very annoyed at the fact this side dish ruined the meal as we had no rice which is an absolute staple for a Thai meal. Very unhappy!
Not worth it
Overpriced and awful. Had to put it in the bin. Followed the instructions but it stuck to the bottom of the pan and what was left was a mixture of cooked / uncooked. Definitely wont buy again!
Good
Nice sticky rice, one pack realistically serves 3
Great sticky rice
We used this rice to accompany a Katsu curry and it was delicious. Followed cooking instructions and it came out perfect. It is a tad expensive hence the mark down
rip off
1.75 for ONE CUP of rice? is it laced with gold and winning lottery numbers? whats going on
Turned out perfect
I was a bit unsure about this after some poor reviews but I cooked as per pack instructions and it turned out great, similar to what we have eaten in restaurants. I am not usually great at cooking rice so was happy with it and would buy again.
