HOW WE BAKE
Unlike many other supermarket sourdoughs, we never bake with additives or commercial yeast.
We choose diverse heritage grains, maintain our starters with care and follow an expertly baker-led fermentation process, to unlock the full potential of every loaf. Baked fresh every day.
HOW IT TASTES
Chewy, malted wheat flakes top this tacky and soft sourdough. Subtly balancing malty sweet notes with the tangy aromas unique to sourdough, this bread has a distinctive, well-rounded flavour.
Shaped and sliced for the everyday. Ideal for sandwiches, toast, toasties and more.

As we only use a handful of natural ingredients, our bread is best enjoyed fresh for the first few days, and then as toast for a few more. If freezing, freeze immediately after purchase. For best before, see bag tie.
Brand
And we make proper sourdough bread.
We set out to bring better bread to every table. By reshaping and slicing our sourdough loaves, we're making them easier to enjoy every day.
We bake our sourdough with heritage grains like emmer, barley & spelt - each chosen for their depth of flavour and nutrition. Never with any artificial preservatives or added sugars.
For us it's not only about fermentation time and starter age. Crafting the best sourdough requires a caring human working with nature, instinct and decades of training.
The bread tells us when it's ready but only a chosen few bakers listen and understand.
This is bread, made better.

Dry
This is a very dry and dense loaf, as others say it's good toasted, but it doesn't last either.
Great for toasting
Really love this sourdough for toasting, as it's really flavoursome. Worth getting a different loaf for sandwiches though.
Bursting with flavour
I was fully expecting to give a poor review because it is a small dense loaf but toasted it was a malty seedy taste sensation.
delicious but needs toasting
Healthy bread but we made a mistake to try and eat it straight from the bag and it was incredibly dry and not pleasant. Toasted the second piece and it completely transformed, like a different loaf of bread! Beautiful.
My favourite bread for toasting
It's dense, it's tasty. I eat it basically every day with a bit of vegemite on it, or peanut butter... or baked beans
Jawbreaker
Bought this as on offer, but will be going back to Ocado sourdough. Although tasty this was a jawbreaker and certainly no in a good way. My jaws ached after a couple of pieces of toast.
