Preparation and Usage
For best results we like our porkers grilled, except Josh who will BBQ everything, all year round. To grill, remove all packaging and cook on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turningoccasionally. Once golden brown, check the sausages are piping hot and no pink meat remains. Do not prick before cooking. These cooking instructions are a guide only.

Once upon a time, our lives were very different. A rugby player, a ship broker and a cabinet maker - three brothers united by a love of food, in search of the perfect sausage.
2007 - Given a sausage maker by his wife for his birthday, Olly makes our first ever sausage in his flat. Soon they're sizzling nicely and selling fast - starting in the carpark of Twickenham Stoop stadium.
After several summers sharing jolly good times and selling jolly good sausages at festivals, we open our first restaurant.
2015 - Booom! Pigsty Our sausages hit the shops. Bacon quickly follows.
2020 - Lockdown. A bit of a gamechanger - restaurants and events go on the backburner, but our shop sales are heating up!
2022 - Our commitment to do business responsibly is recognised as we become a B Corp. We're jolly proud.

What\x27s happened to these?
Agree with last reviewer - they're awful! Jolly Hog have always been my sausages of choice but not any more - the last 3 packs of these chipolatas (purchased together) were full of water when cooking and full of fat when eating. Guessing it's a new 'cheaper' recipe. Will not buy again.

Everyone commented how tasty these sausages were. I was the only one who found gristle (typical). Versatile for breakfasts or kids dinners or for a smaller eater. A regular, especially when on offer.

Lovely tasty little sausages. Really. Well seasoned and just the right size for little fingers. Nice edible skin that doesn’t toughen up after cooking. Recommended.
