Thompsons Punjana Tea Bags 80 per pack
Product information
First blended in 1955 by my father, for my exceptionally fussy mother.
It was her very own blend from the best Indian Tea Gardens and she loved it so much, she wanted to share it with everyone.
She named it 'Punjana' to keep its Indian heritage. Today, Punjana is still only blended from the finest tea India has to offer.
Mum would be so proud!

Storage
Instructions
- Use only freshly drawn water (reboiling takes the oxygen out and stops the tea from brewing properly).
- Pre-heat the pot or mug.
- Make sure the water is boiling when pouring onto the tea ("off the boil" water doesn't infuse the tea properly).
- Brew to taste for at least a minute, and don't be afraid to stir the tea (a tea bag floating on top isn't doing its job!)

Nice strong cuppa.....
Great flavoured tea bags, the only downside is that the bags themselves are a little fragile hence dropping a star, otherwise we'll worth the money
Boom. It's strong.
I haven't bought tea for some considerable time. So thought I'd give this one a go. I have only had one cup but that was quite a challenge. I perhaps let it brew too long. It is very strong and teaish. I normally drink Tassimo coffee so going back to tea will need some perseverance. But I'm going to give it a go.
Horrible, sorry .
Far too strong and extremely dark . Its like a cheap builders tea thats been brewing for too long .
How tea should be
After our previous tea brand went downhill, we did a bit of a tea tour, trying numerous brands. Due to the reviews, this one had to be included in the tasting its by far the winner and has been crowned our new tea of choice.
Great flavour
Good for those who don't want to buy a massive bag - Our latest bag hasn't all been cut properly down the centre so a couple have ripped but usually perfect
Lovely rounded cup of tea
Makes a very enjoyable cup of tea.
