Preparation and Usage

Ingredients
200g Tiana Organic Cassava Flour
150ml Tiana Organic Raw Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
125g Tiana Organic Coconut Nectar sugar alternative
250ml water, 100g Raisins, 65g Cocoa Powder
10g Baking Powder, 5g Salt and 3g Vanilla Extract. Makes about 16 cookies.
Method
Blend together cassava flour, coconut nectar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
Pour in water, oil, vanilla and mix until blended well.
Add raisins and mix well.
Spread evenly in a 20cm x 20cm baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.

Contains lead
Great flour until you research cassava flour and lead! Cassava naturally takes in lead from the soil. This would carry a warning if sold in the US.
makes a delicious tortilla
have tried lots of wheat flour replacements over the years and I'm very happy with this, used it to make a soft Tortilla. worked very well, it was soft and delicious

Ive made delicious AIP waffles using this flour would recommend
False claims as to how it competes and what
it can do. It requires a combination of other ingredients for it to behave even a little bit like ordinary wheat flour. Gluten free baking blogs all confirm the same thing - this flour alone wont give you hassle free gluten baking, its just a starting point but, other ingredients are required or itll fall apart and be dry.
Perfect for cakes and pancakes
Gluten intolerance prompted me buying this flour. They make the lightest fluffy pancakes and cakes - even my friends didn’t know they were gluten free. Wouldn’t use to make crispy crab cakes or to dust chicken as it’s too sticky.
