Absolutely love this.
Hadn't bought for a while then recently tried again - I'd forgotten how much of a kick it had, it's definately back on my regualar shopping list.
Ginger comes through
lovely chunky texture and the taste does come through, though I'd probably appreciate more fire. never disappointed by tiptree and made in a nut free factory too.

Great chunky texture and just enough fire. Love this thickly spread on bread.

Delicious and convenient way to have ginger. Reasonable amount of fire in the flavour. I wasn't expecting quite so many chunks, it's not easy to spread, but I use it as a base for ginger vinaigrette and it works very well. I really like that there are no added flavours such as lemon or spice, it's just pure ginger. The chunks in the jar I received are like stem ginger, they have a bite to them, but they're not hard or woody.
Ginger joy
I can't get enough of this conserve. On toast with butter, stirred through creamy porridge or simply straight out of the jar! Lovely fiery ginger, decent sized chunks and not too sweet.

Bought this jam based on the reviews. Was looking for something different. I love marmelade toast. Tried this as this os lovely. It you like ginger you would love this. Right balance between smoothness and bit of crunch from the ginger pieces.
