yes it works but
the bottle is a bit flimsy when pressing the pump sprayer. I have used aromatherapy for decades so always confident that the products will work. the trick for me is finding the ones I like best. I thought from the blend stated that I would enjoy this but the fragrance is predominantly lavender which can sometimes make me feel nauseous - the blends proportions are not right for me so I will not be buying this particular item again. I have seen various other products from this brand that are currently also on offer so I'm going to try a couple more. I like the look of the roll ons and spritzes for use daytime one for focusing the mind and one to pep me up in the mornings.
disregard negative reviews and give this a go
People that bought this product secretly hoping for it to be a magic pill for their insomnia and when it didnt work left a negative review GROW UP. Ive been suffering with insomnia for more than 15 years and to me its important to at least improve the QUALITY of my sleep (not the quantity of hours) with that said, this mist is perfect for slumber and as a part of evening ritual. As per the rest, if you suffer with insomnia look into your overall lifestyle and see if you can tweak a few things but dont just hope that a sleeping mist would magically put you to bed :)
Disappointed
I received this product to review and was really hopeful that it would be effective. My 15 year old daughter used it for a number of nights hoping that her sleep would be improved but it didn’t make any difference at all.
Sceptical but...
I was rather looking forward to trying this product. My sleep patterns were becoming very disrupted due in part to a parent, 96yo, being admitted to and the constant travelling back and forth to the hospital. But I was sceptical that what appeared to be an 'air freshener' would/could improve the situation. But try it I did and the first few nights did seem to improve my sleep patterns, on one occasion sleeping right through. If only it had lasted... Now my old sleep patterns seem to have returned but I will keep trying. Things to watch, if you also want to try this product and have been mentioned by other reviewers. It does make the pillow wet/damp and you may need to adjust to resting your head on a damp pillow but it does dry off fairly quickly. If you sleep on your side be careful not to get any of the 'liquid/spray' on your pillow near your eyes. Warning on pack!. Overall - I am still sceptical but will keep trying and if everything falls into place I will update this review
Nice scent...
But not as nice as LOccitane sleep mist
lovely fragrance
I was sent this to review and was curious to try. Initially the smell was strongly of lavender, but after a few minutes it mellowed to produce a more balanced smell of the jasmine and sandalwood as well. I don't know if it made me sleep better, but it did help me relax after a stressful day.
