not 3:6:9

I have been using the original 3:6:9 blend for years and have been ordering it from Ocado for a good while however, on closer inspection I noticed that the 1 I had bought had only 3:6 on packaging even though the picture on Ocado site says 3:6:9. I ordered another last week and that had the same discrepancy. So if you want the 3:6:9 blend, this Ultimate Blend is not it.

essential for everyone

this oil is very pleasant in taste so it's easy to just take from the spoon. 1 or 2 spoonfuls of this per day and that's pretty much my daily fats sorted. I'm impressed Ocado stock this, now I don't have to go to health food shops specifically for this one product.

If you want to lose weight!

The essential oils in this product really help in aiding weight loss and providing a balanced diet. Try it in salad dressings or add a tablespoons or two to a smoothie, which will keep you full until lunch.
