Preparation and Usage

Directions for use:
Use 15ml (3x5ml teaspoonfuls) both morning and night, after brushing. Rinse for 30 seconds and do not swallow. Do not rinse the mouth with water after use.

Very good

I was a long-time user of Listerine, but I started to find it a bit drying, not to mention expensive. I'm really enjoying this. Leaves a very pleasant fresh minty taste in your mouth. As for the whitening, well, I have no idea, really, if it does whiten. I'm inclined to think that it probably doesn't have much effect: the only thing that whitens your teeth is a proper whitening course supervised by your dentist. But I'm very satisfied with the feel and taste of this. I would recommend that you take note of the 'shake bottle every use' instruction on the cap. If you forget, you get a gunky, chalky, sludge at the bottom of the bottle!

Good for breath

Not sure about the whitening to be honest but this brand is brilliant for bad breath. It neutralises volatile sulphur compounds and doesn’t have alcohol. It is brilliant.

cruelty free and it works!

Been using this along with the toothpaste for well over a year and it works for me.

Worth the little extra spend

I've been using this product in conjunction with the toothpaste for about 3 months now. It's definitely reduced the feelings of sensitivity I had before, and I enjoy the mild taste and freshness as well. It's a really unique product range and definitely worth the little extra spend.

Shake the bottle

Just got three quarters down the bottle and its just white paste should have read the label.
