Enjoyable
We like these in a bean stew to add a smoky flavour or in paella. Texture nice and soft in comparison with the pre cooked rings we used to buy for these dishes.
Grainy, don't hold shape and full of fatty gristle
I got these as my usual was out of stock. Never again. They were grainy and the sausages didn't hold their shape when sliced. Also relatively bland. They were also full of fatty gristle that we kept having to spit out - ugh, sickening. I definitely will not be buying again.
Grainy but tasty
I used this in a pasta bake recently, chopped up finely and fried off before adding to the mix. I found the texture of the sausage very grainy - not a huge issue as it's meant to be rustic, innit - perhaps I should have cut it even smaller!?
tasty chorizo
Really like this, good flavour and the added bonus of being nitrate free.
Real tasty \x26 no nitrates
Lovely dense flavoursome sausage I like to eat with bread and garlicky roast peppers in olive oil. Wish I had some right now, in fact.
Great taste
They are really good and the ingredients are much better than most comparable product. Very nice with white beans or lentils. Also nice cooked in red wine or cider.
