Brand
San Francisco, the 90s. Flannel shirts, scruffy hair. The smell of fresh-roasted coffee lingers in the air and captivates the senses.
That aroma. It woke up an ambition in us - to bring good coffee to the world.
Fast forward to East London, today. Working with smallholder farmers around the world we source high quality coffee, craft-roasting each batch in our vintage Probat to develop the exquisite flavours. We're now proud roasters for Britain's finest restaurants, cafés - and coffee gourmets like you.
Welcome to our union. Enjoy your brew.

My new favourite
I have been enjoying this brewed in an AeroPress and drunk black. Notes of dark chocolate, but no bitterness. Looking forward to getting it in bean form so I can use it in the espresso machine.
Delicious in a latte, chocolate undertones, yum!
LOVE this coffee, a real treat in the morning. Just enough of a gentle coffee kick not over powering. I sometimes add mixed spice (which isn't needed but is delicious too)
strength 3 not 4
Beware this is only strength 3 and not strength 4 as described consequently the coffee turned out to be very weak and tasteless for us. We only drink black coffee and no matter what we tried to improve the flavour we couldn't get a decent cup. That was an expensive bag of coffee.
Nice afternoon coffee
Roast is mild, and taste is more caramel than dark chocolate. It isnt strong enough for morning coffee in my opinion, nice afternoon coffee though.
like a barrista
Love this coffee I am so happy I don't even miss my local spot!
Great coffee
I love most Union coffees, and this is a great Guatemalan single origin, working perfectly for me as a morning coffee. If you should happen to use milk in your coffee, it has enough punch to cut through, but doesn't have any bitterness. Union also buys coffee direct from farmers.
