Nice medium roast
My partner and I tend to prefer Colombian coffees, and we really like this coffee. Lovely flavor and aroma, not too bitter. We use it for Aeropress.
Not The Best
Not nearly as nice as other coffees in this price point.
Balanced
A well balanced coffee. Not too rich and not acidic at all. The citrus flavour is very light indeed and not at all overpowering, as some coffees tend to prefer these days.
Disappointing
I had high hopes for this coffee and was expecting a subtle, aromatic, light and bright coffee best taken black. It does have most of those qualities but is suffering from a distinct lack of subtlety and has an almost astringent finish making it difficult to even finish a cup. This is a premium coffee that unfortunately fails to deliver a well rounded cup. Ive rated it 3 stars as it starts well and smells great. Others may prefer the balance.
