Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red in colour, Valdubon Cosecha has fresh, concentrated aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and plums. It is delightful to drink, the pure, ripe red fruit flavours and smooth, approachable tannins enticing you to take a second sip.
History
The Valdubon Estate has been in the Freixenet Group since 1999, located in the heart of Ribera del Duero, which follows the course of the Duero river in northern central Spain.
Regional Information
Valdubon Red Wines follow the celebrated style of the region: deep-coloured and intensely flavoured, with a sound structure.
Current Vintage
2019
Vinification Details
The winemaking techniques used fully preserve the primary aromas and violet colour tones which characterise young red wines from this region. To achieve this, all tanks are temperature controlled, long maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation which enhances flavour profile and level of quality.

Rich with vanilla tones
I really like this intense but smooth tasting wine. Many years ago a Spanish friend recommended Ribera del Duero wines to me and so far they've never disappointed.
