Preparation and Usage
Wet thoroughly before wringing.
Wringing a dry mop could damage it.
Push handle downwards to wring out water.
Repeat if you wish to wring out more water.
To fit refill, unscrew handle and slide.
After use:
Rinse and leave to dry upside down.
We recommend to replace the mop head every 3 months for optimum cleaning performance.
Ideal for tiled and vinyl flooring.

whats happened?
These used to be so reliable Id happily pay a bit more for more reliability, cost isnt the issue buy they are so poor now! The sponge comes away from the holder and it degenerates really quickly, even when I spend ages rinsing them out. I like this style of mop and there isnt anything else like it, so I keep buying the replacements, but it feels so wasteful now,

Have to agree with others the quality has dropped and these heads don’t last as long as they used too. Shame.
Fall apart with a few uses
Unfortunately these are the only mops I 'get on with' - can't stand those you have to have a bucket and squeezer bit for. However the last few have been dreadful, sponge comes away from the red top and go sort of slimey very quickly despite me rinsing copiously and squeezing after use. Last about a month so probably 8 uses, not good at all.
Falls Apart
The sponge head split from the backing after only two uses. Dreadful.
Disintegrated after a few uses
As other reviewers have said, the quality of these significantly worsened some months ago. They barely survive a few uses now. Previously they lasted months and months. Id suggest looking for alternatives.
Really poor
I have been using this mop for years - the last three reaplacement heads have lasted only one use. I'm really cross and would like a refund, but as I bought it 13 days ago, and only used it today, I assume it's too late. Ocado, 'ave a word with Vileda - this is AWFUL!
