This was a nice mozzarella, which I used on pizza. It held its shape well and didnt make pizza soggy. Will buy again.
It is a measure of how much fat is in the cheese when dry. For Villa Organic Mozzarella, its 44% which is exactly as you would expect for a well-made, authentic, traditional mozzarella.
FDM ingredient in this has no explanation, what is FDM? Acronyms in ingredients is not helpful - be transparent please
Arrived with only a couple of days to use; unfortunately I didn't check this when delivered and when I went to use was 2 days out of date. However, perfectly good, creamy and lovely to use. Will buy again.
